1. Production process:

In most chemical processes, 316L stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, so we choose 316L powder as the material of porous metal filter element.Firstly, all raw materials are monitored and the metal powder is analyzed, except for its metallurgical composition, particle size distribution, accumulation ratio and so on.After cold isostatic forming, it is made by sintering at high temperature and high vacuum. Carbon content should be detected before and after sintering operation. Bubble point test should be carried out for each batch of products to determine the diameter of hard spherical particles passing through the medium.Ensure that every product is of high quality.

Commonly used outside diameter from Φ 20 ~ 100 mm, from 100 to 1500 mm, length is larger than 1500 mm can be welded, special specifications can be customized.Filtration accuracy ranges from 0.5um to 50um.
