Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge Precautions for Use:

2. Generally, the filtrate is filtered from the outside to the inside of the filter element. Reverse filtration is not recommended.
3. When filtering, slowly pressurize to the required working pressure, and it is strictly prohibited to immediately open the valve and quickly pressurize.
4. Maximum working pressure ≤3MPa.When the filtration efficiency is less than 50%, it is necessary to use clean air or clean liquid online backblow backwash in time.
5, stainless steel Filter Cartridge in back blowing and backwashing, generally first with pure gas back blowing, back blowing pressure is 1.2-1.5 times of the working pressure, each back blowing time 3-5 seconds, repeated operation 4-6 times after the clean solution for backwashing, backwashing 3-5 minutes, 2-3 times of operation.
6. If the pressure loss is still serious after online backblowing and backwashing, remove the filter element in time for cleaning.
